In 2011, a LaeRoc Fund was proud to announce that it had secured a multi-year lease renewal with S. Facilities, Inc. This company leases over 10,000 square feet in the Columbia Square building, owned by the Fund. The lease extension is of significant value to the ownership. A few months prior,  LaeRoc secured a 6-year lease renewal with another tenant in the Columbia Square building. Together these two lease extensions alone represented  over 25% of the entire property, helping to stabilize the revenue stream into the future.
